VIP Account Manager dedicat, analitic și orientat spre relații autentice
, care să gestioneze și să dezvolte portofoliul nostru de clienți VIP.

Vei avea un rol strategic în comunicarea, retenția, activarea și loializarea jucătorilor cu cea mai mare valoare, contribuind direct la succesul brandului nostru.

Program de lucru:
Luni - Vineri, 09:00 - 18:00

Locație:
Exclusiv de la biroul nostru din București.

Responsabilități:

  • Gestionezi portofoliul de jucători VIP, oferind o experiență personalizată și exclusivistă.
  • Creezi și implementezi strategii de retenție, activare și reactivare pentru clienții de top.
  • Contactezi proactiv clienții VIP (prin telefon, chat, e-mail, WhatsApp)
    pentru a consolida relațiile și a le oferi suport dedicat.
  • Monitorizezi activitatea jucătorilor și identifici oportunități de creștere (upsell, cross-sell).
  • Colaborezi cu echipele interne (Marketing, CRM, Suport) pentru campanii și programe dedicate VIP.
  • Analizezi datele privind comportamentul jucătorilor și prezinți rapoarte periodice managementului.

Cerințe:

  • Minimum 1 an experiență într-un rol similar (ideal în iGaming, pariuri online, cazinouri sau ospitalitate premium).
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare telefonică și relaționare cu clienți de top.
  • Înțelegere solidă a pieței de gambling și a comportamentului jucătorilor.
  • Abordare proactivă, orientată spre client și rezultate.
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu/avansat.
