A little about You:

  • Professional Qualification in Finance;
  • 3-8 years' experience with working experience on in FP&A / Accounting stream;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in dynamic, ever-growing environment;
  • Sound analytical skills & Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOK up, Pivot & other functions) and MS Power Point;
  • Understanding of Banking terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to work in conformity with the procedures and maintain them;
  • Ability to analyze new situations;
  • Good understanding & knowledge of Power point, Power BI is plus;
  • You are an proficient French and English speaker.

As a Business Analyst you will be part of the Financial Performance Management perimeter within Finance SSC. The role will partner with controllers/CFOs various teams in regions, Headquarters and other cross functional stakeholders.

Your role in a Nutshell\:

  • Check monthly trend for cost to ensure that all usual cost is accounted (Pre close activity). Delivers month/quarter close activities & reporting;
  • Performs reconciliation of accounts, analytical review/adjustments, and make & communicate interpretations to the controllers. Use business acumen to interpret data and draw conclusions;
  • Prepare reporting for actuals for both Cost and Revenue (NBI);
  • Performs allocation of cost from support functions to business units;
  • Perform detailed investigation on cost - direct and indirect & NBI with drivers causing variances by comparing with budget and forecasted numbers and create the performance reporting and dashboard for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in multi-year Budgets, monthly forecast, headcount reporting processes.
  • Support regions by sharing the various set of accurate data from FPM tools as required by them.
  • Identify the process risk and propose remediation. Suggest and implement process improvements to simplify the processes.
  • Partner with cross functional/ transversal teams within GSCs etc.
  • Support Ad-hoc business reporting requirements.
  • Participate in projects/initiatives across FPM team and GSCs.
  • Present PowerPoint status, action and improvement plans to partners if required.
