Requirements and responsibilitiesWe are currently looking for a QA Engineer to join his dynamic team.
What you'll doParticipate in the design of major features from initial requirements through customer acceptance;
Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, analyse and report test results;
Manage all test activities for development projects, including bug/defect tracking and reporting, integration/user-acceptance and regression testing activities;
Promptly report, document and inform upon any issues that may impact upon the product development lifecycle;
Work side by side with the development team to test and verify software applications, assisting the team in achieving the desired quality in their products;
Estimate and perform risk analysis for quality delivery;
Provide support in resolving critical production issues (along with the development team).
What you'll bring+3 years of relevant working experience;
Proficient with Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, QA methodologies, defect management system and documentation;
Developing test plans, test suite, test cases;
Exploratory testing;
Experience using a test management tool e.g. Xray;
Web & API applications testing, Data testing;
JIRA or similar tools;
Ability to generate test effort estimates;
Ability to interpret test results for release decisions;
Very good communication skills;
ISTQB Foundation level - nice to have;
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience - nice to have;
Automation experience - nice to have.
