Content Moderator Porto, Portugal (On-site) We are currently recruiting motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Content Moderation team in Porto, Portugal. Position: Content ModeratorLocation: Porto, PortugalWork Schedule: 40 hours per week, 24/7 rotating shiftsDays Off: 2 rotating days per weekStart Date: December 4th (Training begins) Responsibilities: Review and evaluate user-generated content according to internal guidelines.Ensure that platform standards and community rules are respected.Identify and report content that may violate policies (e.g., harmful or inappropriate content).Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all decisions.Work within dynamic shift rotations, including nights and weekends. Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written).Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent judgments.Good stress management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.No prior experience required, full training provided.
