You'll be part of a fast-paced onboarding team with individual sales targets and growth objectives. Your Main Tasks:Guide new clients in creating high-performing Google Ads campaignsUnderstand business goals to tailor digital advertising strategiesDrive revenue through upselling, optimizing ad spend, and ensuring customer satisfactionEngage with prospective clients daily via phone and digital toolsWhat You Bring:German C1 or C2 level and strong English (C1)At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in digital marketing or PPC)EU citizenship or valid Spanish residencyStrong interest in sales, digital tools, and online advertisingConfident communication, organization, and problem-solving skills What You Get in Return:Base salary: 24,310 to 30,000/year + up to 3,408/year in performance bonuses (salary depending on experience and skills)Relocation package: Paid flight, one month of accommodation, and private health insuranceDevelopment: Training programs and official Google Ads certificationsWork setup: Hybrid model with a vibrant office in central BarcelonaPerks: Regular team activities, incentives, and a supportive multicultural teamApply today and start your next chapter in sunny Spain
