We are actively seeking highly resilient and fluent Romanian speakers to join our team as Digital Integrity & Review Specialists in Porto, Portugal. This full-time, on-site role is set to begin on December 4, 2025, supporting a top-tier social media platform in maintaining a secure and trustworthy online environment. The Role in Focus As a crucial member of the Trust & Safety operation, you will be the gatekeeper of community standards for the Romanian-speaking audience. Your daily responsibilities will involve reviewing a high volume of user-generated content across various media formats to determine policy violations. This role demands swift, objective, and consistent decision-making under high-pressure scenarios. Core Expectations: Policy Execution: Conduct rigorous and unbiased reviews of flagged content, applying detailed community guidelines to ensure platform safety.Accuracy and Speed: Maintain exceptional accuracy and efficiency while navigating diverse and potentially complex content queues.Data Contribution: Provide actionable feedback to internal teams to help refine policies and improve content moderation tools.Integrity: Strictly adhere to protocols regarding privacy and data security. ️ Special Note on Emotional Resilience Due to the consistent exposure to sensitive, disturbing, or graphic material, exceptional emotional stability and personal resilience are mandatory prerequisites for this position. Candidates must be prepared to manage content that requires maturity, objectivity, and the ability to professionally compartmentalize. Candidate Profile: Language Mastery: Native or full professional fluency in Romanian (both written and verbal) is essential.Communication: A minimum of B2 level English proficiency is required for training, process documentation, and internal communication.Location: Must be ready to relocate to and work on-site in Porto, Portugal.Experience: While prior experience in content moderation or a related analytical field is welcome, it is not mandatory; full, comprehensive training will be provided.Equipment: All necessary hardware and technical tools for the job are provided by the company. Operational Hours and Flexibility: Initial Schedule: The current working week runs Monday through Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00.Rest Days: You will have two consecutive, rotating days off each week.Future Requirement: Candidates must be flexible and prepared for the planned operational shift, including the introduction of an Evening Shift (13:00 to 22:00) as the platform moves towards a 24/7 coverage model.
