Frontend Engineering Director

We are seeking an exceptional Frontend Technical Lead to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge tool for managing risk model versions. This strategic initiative is designed to ensure compliance with strict regulatory standards and will be developed using Angular.

The successful candidate will lead technical delivery, shape architecture, collaborate across roles, and ensure delivery excellence. We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in web development, solid understanding of RxJS, Observables, Subjects, and reactive design patterns, as well as strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and micro-frontend concepts.

A key aspect of this role will be mentoring and guiding developers, supporting onboarding, and contributing to team growth and technical consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated environments, especially financial or audit-driven projects, and excellent communication skills.

• Angular and TypeScript expertise
• RxJS, Observables, Subjects, and reactive design patterns
• RESTful APIs and micro-frontend concepts
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
• Unit testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest) and end-to-end testing (Cypress, Playwright)
