High-Performance Chip Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced High-Performance Chip Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance processor chips using leading-edge CMOS process technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance processor chips using industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Genus and Innovus, and Synopsys IC Compiler and Fusion Compiler.
  • Work with a global team to triage workflows and create optimized designs for complex chips.
  • Perform static timing analysis using tools like Tempus or PrimeTime and EM/IR-Drop/Crosstalk analysis using tools like Voltus or PrimeRail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in physical design with a focus on block-level PNR for advanced CMOS process nodes.
  • Excellent knowledge of static timing analysis tools and EM/IR-Drop/Crosstalk analysis tools.
