As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Institutional Team. This dynamic outside sales position is part of our top-tier division, providing extensive chemical products and tailored solutions to the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
You will be assigned a well-established customer territory, including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. As the representative of our company, you will offer expert advice on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs, enhancing guest experiences and fostering cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
This opportunity allows you to collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional results. Our team works closely with cross-divisional peers and internal functions to drive sales and service activities. You will also establish new ways of doing business and increase sales by maintaining an active prospect funnel and driving new business development that meets growth goals.
To achieve these objectives, you will implement an annual Sales and Service Plan based on a Retain, Grow & Gain Strategy to ensure net sales growth targets by delivering our service excellence programs. You will promote the product portfolio with a focus on contribution margins, ensuring consultative sales supported by services and customer training. Regular reporting of customer contacts and planned activities will be done to supervisors.
We are seeking an individual who can continuously contribute to improvement processes in their territory. If you have strong relationship management skills, consultative selling aptitude, customer service skills, and self-motivation with effective organizational/time management skills, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of previous Business to Business (B2B) sales experience are preferred.
- Fluency in Romanian and a good level of English is required.
- Demonstrated relationship management & consultative selling aptitude is essential.
- Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and devise customer solutions are necessary.
- Self-motivated individuals with effective organizational/time management skills are ideal.
- Ability to target accounts and achieve results through an action plan is crucial.
- Good level in MS Office suite and a valid driving license are desired.
- Flexibility for travelling more than 50% of working time is expected.
Desired Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa management would be beneficial.
- Mechanical problem-solving skills (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical expertise) are a plus.
