Contract Administrator Specialist

The Contract Administrator Specialist ensures the timely and accurate processing of contracts and invoices. This involves coordinating with suppliers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure contractual expectations are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Procurement team and other business stakeholders with post-signature contract matters for selected suppliers
• Cordinating contract related financial tracking and invoice processes, overseeing and ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Communicating with suppliers on timely submission, resolving discrepancies and ensuring factual correctness and cost controlling
• Liaising with finance teams for complex scenarios to ensure proper invoice coding and payment
• Tracking orders, SLA reports and ensuring contractual expectations are met and aligned with respective stakeholders
• Enhancing tracking capabilities to increase efficiency
• Serving as the primary point of contact for supplier and internal queries, driving issue resolution and escalating complex scenarios to appropriate team members or departments
• Supporting with monitoring customized systems and collaborating with IT to address any technical issues or improvements
• Analyzing procurement data and performance metrics
• Compiling reports for relevant teams and identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3 years+ of work experience in Procurement, Contract/ Supplier Management, Finance or related fields
• Experience in contract administration, financial reporting and invoicing topics
• Understanding of Procurement processes, procedures, and best practices
• Customer-first and service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Self-starter: solution orientated with a high level of autonomy and proactivity
• Good analytical skills and affinity to data and technology
• Experience with Power BI and advanced analytics/reports tools
• SAP ARIBA or other procurement tools would be an advantage
