We are seeking an experienced IBM Integration Bus Engineer to support and maintain existing integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing with IBM Integration Bus, preferably versions 9 and 10, as well as solid experience with WebSphere MQ and/or WebSphere Message Broker.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) 9 and 10.
  • Flow Creation: Create and maintain REST and SOAP-based flows.
  • Data Integration: Connect to MQ systems and handle asynchronous communication.
  • Kafka Integration: Implement Kafka-based integrations (producer/consumer).
  • Database Connectivity: Work with Database Nodes for polling and integrating data from various sources.
  • File Input: Integrate CSV file inputs using File Input nodes.
  • Stored Procedure Calls: Call stored procedures and perform data operations (select, insert, update) on Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
  • JMS/MQ Connectors: Connect to JMS/MQ connectors (IBM products), including custom connectors.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation of existing systems and contribute to future technology migrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven hands-on experience developing with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), preferably versions 9 and 10.
  • Integration Expertise: Solid experience with WebSphere MQ and/or WebSphere Message Broker.
  • Complex Logic Understanding: Ability to understand and work with complex business logic and orchestration flows.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Operating System Familiarity: Comfortable working in hybrid or remote setups; availability for occasional on-site meetings is a plus.
  • Unix, Windows, Linux: Experience with Unix, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
