Database Engineer
As a skilled Database Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for their needs.
This involves resolving complex technical customer inquiries via electronic means, as well as troubleshooting and optimizing our Electronic Support Services.
A primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for facilitating relationships with our Support team and providing expert advice and assistance to internal employees on diverse customer situations.
You will be expected to work with high autonomy, reporting to management on customer status and technical matters on a regular basis. Your role will require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform standard DBA support tasks for multiple instances, servers, customers, and interfaces
- Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution
- Manage EBS instances on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with Oracle EBS Apps cloning, upgrades, implementation, and maintenance (versions 11i,12)
- Experience with Oracle EBS Apps installation, implementation (versions 11i,12)
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge of ORACLE RAC architecture, Backup & recovery, database cloning, Grid installation and upgrade
- Work on Data guard setups for both applications and databases
