Electrical Systems Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer to support our Test Engineering department in Satu Mare. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and managing technical sub-projects on the area of expertise, developing test environments and test cases for all electrical (safety and functional) and mechanical systems, analyzing test results, detecting issues, and tracking root causes.

• Develop and manage technical sub-projects on the area of expertise
• Develop test environments and test cases for all electrical (safety and functional) and mechanical systems
• Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes
• Ensure products and procedures meet automotive standards (IATF, ISO, IEC, UL)
• Support and drive screwing technology issues, including screwing programs creation, parameters setup, validation at machine and process side, MFU & PFU
• Perform measurement system analysis
• Develop and maintain screwing technology documentation, including work instructions and technical guidelines

• Degree in Mechanical/Automation/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar area preferred
• Experience in automotive industry welcome
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required
• Communication and presentation skills in English mandatory
• Technical writing and project management skills desirable
• Six Sigma and experience using Microsoft Office suite also welcome
