About the RoleWe seek an accomplished Amazon brand manager to spearhead revenue growth and optimize our listings. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced e-commerce outfit and contribute to the success of our global team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and profitability across multiple product categories on Amazon.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and reduce fees.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to create compelling visuals that enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to inform business strategies.
- Proven track record of scaling 7-figure Amazon brands with significant growth.
- Expertise in Amazon ranking, conversion optimization, PPC management, and keyword research.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain open communication with the global team via Slack.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a focus on KPIs and metrics-driven insights.
- $2,500-$3,000 monthly base salary.
- A competitive commission structure based on profit growth contributions.
