German-Speaking Content Analyst

Seeking a Content Moderator with German fluency to maintain a safe and positive environment on a leading short video platform in Barcelona.

The gross annual salary is EUR 24,715.40, with a monthly gross salary of EUR 2,059.62.

We offer relocation assistance for those moving from outside Spain, including a refund of travel expenses up to EUR 200 and two months of accommodation support.

This role involves filtering content, screening for inappropriate material, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. Please note that some content may be sensitive or disturbing.

You will work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and be responsible for:

• At least C1 level fluency in German coupled with B2 English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable handling sensitive content
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Basic IT skills
• EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Spain
• Already residing in Barcelona (Spain) OR available to relocate for this opportunity

The working schedule includes full-time (39 hours per week), part-time (16 hours per week), and hybrid models with varying shifts depending on the business line and market.

Fixed-term contract of two months, renewable based on performance, with a one-month probation period included in the first contract.

Possibility of a permanent contract after four to six months.

32 days per year, distributed as four full weeks and four individual days, paid holidays.

Paid training from day one, Monday to Friday.
