We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and logging software defects on our platform through structured, exploratory, and regression testing.

You will review, analyze, and create test cases while maintaining them in compliance with software evolution, requirements, and traceability tracking. Your detailed analysis of reported problems, bug analysis, bug verification, and tracking will ensure high-quality results.

Independently handling both vehicle testing and bench testing requests, you will collaborate with various test teams to improve and evolve existing test strategies. You will identify, plan, and perform manual and automated software testing, including session-based exploratory testing.

Identifying software issues and transferring problem issues into the issue tracking system with supporting log files and data, you will record, process, and analyze data with PC-based tools and test instrumentation.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in internal and customer test drives, providing technical support for the resolution of various customer and interdepartmental issues as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other similar specialization
  • 1+ years Testing experience
  • Good understanding of Embedded System and Automotive Products
  • Good understanding of Automotive Infotainment systems
  • Understand the SW and HW architecture of various platform variants
  • Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of a wide range of equipment, including computers, software, and hardware
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the different Telematics domains like OTA, GNSS, E-Call, Positioning, 4G/5G, Wifi, V2X, Remote Services, V2X and Security
  • Good experience in system test methods, processes, error management and tools
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and database administration tools
  • Knowledge of standard industry communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet etc
