At the forefront of Microsoft Business Solutions, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Finance and Operations Consultant. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in implementing ERP and CE software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation. They should be well-versed in system and functional testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality project results.

This role requires a strong understanding of D365FO interfaces and integrations, as well as experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables
  • Ensure quality project delivery of produced deliverables, demonstrating experience in system and functional testing
  • Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written and verbal communication, and team participation
  • Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
  • Assist with or lead the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy or 1 end-to-end implementation
  • Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
  • Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
  • Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
  • Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
  • Strong Client Relationship Management
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Agile learner
