About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the accounts receivable process, including credit and collections. You will work closely with our finance and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of these processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, and accounting or finance. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the accounts receivable process, including credit and collections;
  • Process and reconcile incoming customer payments in our ERP system;
  • Identify overdue payments and execute dunning actions in collaboration with the finance and sales teams;
  • Execute the credit management process;
  • Resolve open issues with the local entity;
  • Raise Credit Notes post approval from the local entity;
  • Perform Accounts Receivable reconciliation (GL vs SL);
  • Offer audit support for activities in scope;
  • Provide ad hoc support for projects and initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections;
  • Experience in accounting or finance;
  • Excellent English language skills, with Spanish language skills highly valued;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • SAP Knowledge or experience with other ERP systems;
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
