About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Success Consultant. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for guiding them through the car buying process and ensuring their needs are consistently met.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team shaping the future of car sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Turning no into yes: When a customer declines our offer, you'll step in to understand their hesitation, address objections, and win them back;
  • Owning the customer journey: Guide the customer through the process and successfully schedule a final evaluation at one of our branches;
  • Driving Sales by converting interest into action;
  • Maintaining trust and making the difference that turns leads into loyal customers.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to repetitive environments, and a methodical approach. A background in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls is essential.
