We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

• To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Technical Expertise: A technical degree is required. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, and 8D is essential.
3. Certification: Internal auditor certification is an advantage.
4. Language Skills: Advanced knowledge of English and/or German.
5. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

• Suppliers claim management: Handling non-conforming parts at incoming inspection and returned parts from customers.
• Monitoring KPIs: Tracking key performance indicators for supplier claim management process.
• Non-conforming parts handling: Blocking and unblocking parts as needed.
• Sorting activities: Coordinating internal or external sorting activities, including finished goods if necessary.
• Supplier collaboration: Working closely with suppliers to decide on blocked parts.
• Supplier deviations management: Managing supplier deviations with SQE colleagues.
• Audits: Performing manufacturing area audits according to annual master plan.
• Pre-audit preparations: Preparing the incoming area for customer and internal audits.
• Reporting: Providing Q status reports on supplier claims.
