HR Advisor Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our organization and support our team with expertise in policies, procedures, and payroll.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving cases, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Policies and Procedures Support: Provide information to clients on policies and procedures, and respond to frequently asked questions.
  2. Customer Service: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats to ensure all requests are fully understood and resolved efficiently.
  3. SLA Management: Work within established SLAs and keep clients informed of expected completion dates, including escalations for action.
  4. Collaboration: Liaise with other support teams to resolve complex queries and work on requests.
  5. Knowledge Development: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Payroll and HR processes and regulations.
  6. Case Management: Record and track cases in the case management system, assign severity, and follow through to ensure each case is resolved and SLAs can be measured and improved.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of prioritization skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Can Do attitude with focus on solving problems.
  • Teamwork: Team player that can build long-lasting positive relations with direct team, colleagues, and stakeholders.
