We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of DMZ infrastructure and security operations.

The role involves providing Level 3 support for DMZ infrastructure, coaching junior administrators, liaising with engineering teams for change operations and technical problem resolution, contributing to CAB and knowledge base updates, conducting standard operating procedure management, performing security patch testing and audit readiness.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing deployment procedures and documentation, ensuring tickets are fulfilled promptly with quality assurance, and adhering to ITIL processes such as Event Management, Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Problem Management, and Service Asset & Configuration Management.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in IaaS, PAS, SSI, DMZ, Administration CISCO, Dynamic Layer 3 Routing, Layer 2 and Layer 3 VLANs, ACL/Prefix-List Management and Configuration, Application Filtering, Scripting, Firewall Palo Alto, Panorama, Reading and debugging WireShark frames, Log monitoring and management, and IPsec.

Furthermore, we require candidates to possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken English, and be able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
