As a Project Manager, you will:

1. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
2. Drive projects in areas such as new platform or subsystem development, feature introduction, cost reduction, safety assurance, quality enhancement, and innovation.
3. Lead cross-functional project teams.
4. Support projects from definition to series production approval.
5. Report progress in steering team meetings.
6. Organize test and pilot series with production teams.
7. Utilize development and quality tools like project planning, FMEAs, quality plans, test plans, and follow-up actions.
8. Achieve precision in project target attainment.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related field) and possess at least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Exhibit solid project management capabilities and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and confident decision-making skills.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and communicate effectively across teams and regions.
• Excel at building relationships across all levels of the organization and thrive in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
• Comfortable working in a matrix structure and contributing to both team and project-level goals.
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in reporting and data interpretation.
