Sustainability is at the heart of our organization. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an ESG Reporting Analyst.

Job Description

We have a strong focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting, and we need someone who can help us achieve our sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full year environmental reporting cycle, including preparation, collection, validation, aggregation, and analysis of sustainability-related information.

This role involves working with a diverse group of stakeholders internally and externally, and requires a deep understanding of sustainability in the context of a complex international environment. Experience in database tools such as Microsoft Sustainability Manager, SAP BW/CAP, and knowledge of sustainability standards and regulations, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, SBTi, ISO 14001/ISO 50001, is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, energy management, sustainability, economics, or a related field;
  • Deep understanding of environmental reporting and implications of regulatory requirements connected to relevant metrics;
  • Practical experience in sustainability and/or environmental reporting;
  • Strong data management and analytical skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required, German or another European language is a plus;
