Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our global broadcast technology team. This individual will oversee the development and implementation of innovative AV solutions, ensuring seamless integration across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of AV professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure technical alignment and standardization.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of AV systems, from concept to operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AV solutions that meet creative, functional, and operational requirements.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level).
  • Strong knowledge of imaging principles used in cinema and broadcast settings.
  • Solid background in electronic engineering and experience with AV signal transmission and communication systems.
  • Proficient in operating professional video cameras and production switching equipment.
  • Experience with virtual studio environments, real-time compositing, and chroma key workflows.
  • Strong understanding of NDI and SDI signal infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and project management within AV or broadcast technology domains.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in cross-functional team environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
