Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you will be responsible for guiding junior and mid-level developers while maintaining hands-on technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development with modern web technologies and frameworks, as well as experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and agile methodologies.

You will collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and other development teams to deliver high-quality product features and drive product innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and development practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take over technical leadership in full stack development and evolve into a team lead role
  • Lead the development of scalable web applications and APIs
  • Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews
  • Collaborate with product management and UX/UI designers
  • Develop and enhance platform features
  • Support product management team in development and compilation of complex technical concepts
  • Gradually transition into team leadership responsibilities
  • Establish best practices for full stack development workflows

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS
  • Strong backend development skills: Kotlin (Java), Spring Boot, Spring Security, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
  • Experience with MongoDB: database design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Leadership potential with experience mentoring junior developers or leading small project teams
  • Fluent English communication skills are a must-have
