About RM Staffing B.V.

We are a leading provider of data center services, seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Data Center Sales Expert, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cloud services across Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Client Targeting
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the European and Asian markets, utilizing online tools and resources to gain insights into regional trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.

Cold Calling and Lead Generation
Making outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our data center services, and following up on leads generated through cold calls, emails, and online inquiries to qualify prospects.

Sales and Revenue Generation
Actively promoting and selling our data center services, including hosting, remote hands, and technical support, to build and manage a sales pipeline that meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular virtual interactions, serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensuring quick resolution of issues.

Remote Outreach and Communication
Utilizing digital platforms (email, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.) to connect with clients and prospects, delivering engaging presentations and proposals through virtual meetings.

Performance Reporting
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system, preparing detailed sales reports and providing updates on progress toward targets.

Compliance and Market-Specific Knowledge
Ensuring all contracts comply with regional laws and regulations, staying updated on business etiquette and cultural practices for effective communication across Europe and Asia.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in remote sales, including cold calling, in the data center or IT services industry
Strong understanding of European and Asian markets and their unique business practices
Excellent cold calling, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and other sales software
Ability to work across time zones and manage a flexible schedule
Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, German, or French) are a strong advantage.
