As we grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive our recruitment and employer branding efforts in the US.
Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for shaping and executing Enteractive's recruitment and employer branding strategies in the US market. This role involves full ownership of talent acquisition, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as enhancing Enteractive’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates who align with our values. Working closely with the Head of Sales in the US and the Talent Acquisition Team Lead in Romania, the person in this role will also collaborate with the broader Enteractive leadership team to ensure that we are consistently delivering a best-in-class candidate experience while ensuring a seamless fit for Enteractive’s culture and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full recruitment process for the US office, from identifying talent needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers .Additionally, maintain flexibility to support hiring for other roles across the company if needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract candidates who meet those needs.
- Source and engage talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach, ensuring a diverse and qualified pipeline of candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to the offer stage, ensuring transparency, communication, and a positive experience for all candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Enteractive’s values of Care, Improve, and Dare.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.
- High-Volume Hiring: Successfully meet monthly hiring targets by aligning with business needs and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Identify recruitment challenges and provide feedback to enhance processes.
Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Enteractive as an employer of choice in the US market.
- Create compelling content (e.g., job postings, company culture videos, employee testimonials, blog posts) that reflects Enteractive's mission, values, and workplace culture.
- Enhance our presence on social media and employer review platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) to ensure that Enteractive’s brand is well-represented and attracts top talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align employer branding strategies with external marketing efforts and overall brand messaging.
Collaboration Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and other department heads in the US office to understand staffing needs, and ensure that the talent acquisition strategy aligns with business objectives.
- Provide support and advice to managers on interview techniques, candidate assessments, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead based in Romania to share best practices, align recruitment strategies, and ensure consistency in recruitment efforts across locations.
- Act as a strategic partner to the C-level team and other key stakeholders, offering insights on the talent landscape, market trends, and employee engagement.
Reporting Metrics
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics, including the success rate of different sourcing channels, time-to-hire, candidate quality, and diversity in hiring.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of recruitment goals and employer branding initiatives.
- Review and analyze hiring data to continually improve processes and optimize recruitment strategies.
Culture Employee Engagement
- Promote Enteractive's culture across the US office, ensuring that new hires align with our core values and feel supported from day one.
- Engage with current employees to gather feedback and insights on how to improve the recruitment process and employer branding efforts.
- Maintain and strengthen Enteractive’s core values of Care, Improve, and Dare, ensuring that they are embedded in all aspects of recruitment and employer engagement.
Qualifications Experience:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employer Branding, ideally with a focus on the US market. Experience in a fast-paced or global environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Availability during evening hours to accommodate US market recruitment needs.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives, social media recruitment, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, remote, and hybrid team environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and social media platforms. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other recruitment tools is a plus.
