We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to support our company in winning new business across European markets. 

This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling insights that align with client needs. 

You will work closely with Sales & Delivery Management teams, providing technical expertise, crafting tailored proposals, and ensuring a seamless alignment between client requirements and our software solutions. 

Hybrid model – remote with in-person attendance at client meetings in Romania and occasional travel across Europe as needed. 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Architect Solutions: Design scalable, secure systems tailored to client needs, integrating third-party services, APIs, and databases. 
  • Drive Sales Support: Partner with Sales & Delivery teams to provide technical expertise, craft proposals, and align solutions with client goals. 
  • Optimize Performance: Assess and enhance existing client systems for efficiency, scalability, and security, ensuring compliance with best practices (GDPR, industry standards). 
  • Lead Projects: Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present solutions to clients, highlighting technical advantages, cost savings, and long-term benefits. 

What You Bring: 
  • 10+ years as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in technical pre-sales, system design, or business growth support. 
  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise software, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and microservices architecture. 
  • Deep understanding of European markets, with bonus points for experience in industries like energy, banking, retail, insurance, or defense. 
  • Knowledge of Romanian public tenders (a strong plus). 
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams). 

Tech Stack: 
  • Must-Have: Java 11+, Spring Boot, .NET, REST APIs, Bash Scripting, React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Keycloak, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL. 
  • Nice-to-Have: RPA (UiPath), OCR (Google Cloud Vision), Docker, Kubernetes, Python, C++, OpenSSL, HAProxy, Swagger, SOAP UI. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Craft tailored architectural designs and technical proposals for new business opportunities. 
  • Conduct system audits to optimize performance, security, and scalability. 
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring high coding and performance standards. 
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams for seamless solution implementation. 
  • Lead technical training sessions to ensure consistency across teams.

  • Strong leadership with a focus on mentorship and team development. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. 
  • High attention to confidentiality and data security (GDPR compliance).
