Team Leader WITH SPANISH/ITALIAN AND ENGLISH- 2 POSITIONS Education level: College degree or above (those with less than college degree but rich experience should be confirmed by Honor in written notice), majors in computer/technology/e-commerce/language/psychology/education/management/economics/electronics are preferred Work experience: At least 1 year of call center service team experience, business experience in mobile phones or electronic related products Knowledge requirements: Knowledge of electronic related products and proficient in smartphones, knowledge of Microsoft Office operation, and proficient in reporting and business process design and optimization work Ability requirements 1.
Hotline Team Leader: Native or near-native language except English, standard oral ability, proficient team leadership, communication skills, and strong ability to handle and close escalated issues on time.
