Night Auditor

Job description:
A Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational duties during the night shift.

As Night Auditor, you will maintain the professional financial standards of the hotel by managing end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy, and reporting anomalies.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks.

Night Auditors must also be comfortable working independently during the overnight hours.

Here are some of the key responsibilities:

Checking in guests:
managing check-ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys for late arrivals.

Handling guest requests:
Responding to any needs or issues that guests may have overnight. Give guests information and directions regarding property and local areas of interest

Payments:
Process all payments and room charges
End-of-day bookkeeping: Auditing and reconciling accounts from the day shift.

Account reconciliation:
Ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and accounted for.

Preparing reports:
Generating financial and operational reports for management review.

Customer service:
Providing excellent service to guests throughout the night.
Confirm reservations and cancellations, running daily reports on the number of arrivals and departures, according to Leonardo Standards
