Power BI Specialist

Power BI Specialist role in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, involves supporting the overhaul of data management systems and implementing digitalization plans for global purchasing scope.

We're looking for a full-time Power BI Specialist to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As a key member of our project teams, you'll be responsible for:

• Understanding business use cases and formalizing needs through specifications
• Data analysis and transformation
• Proposal of analysis and valuation models
• Implementation of new methodological and technological solutions for data processing

Additionally, you'll work closely with the Business Intelligence & Data owner to collect and identify operational customer needs, illustrate issues using data, and propose indicators for improvement. You'll also implement improvement projects with operational teams in the field in complete autonomy.

• Degree level qualification;
• Strong programming skills such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Power BI, and database management language (SQL)
• Analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively
• Competence in data mining
• Competence in data extraction
• Ability to restore, highlight, and explain results
• Fluency in English
• Project management skills, knowledge of the purchasing world, and/or a real taste for data science would be a plus.
