Job Title: Manager, Digitalization of Administrative Processes (DAP)

We are seeking a strong candidate to lead the DAP Project Management team in line with DAP project methodology & operating model. The role is global and offers a unique opportunity to drive process mining and RPA initiatives across the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management in the area of Process Mining and RPA, ensuring alignment with DAP standards and framework to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver projects within Process Mining, Task Mining, and RPA.
  • Support business stakeholders in identifying process optimization opportunities and recommending solutions and tools in Process Mining and RPA.
  • Lead a global team (3 locations), focusing on team performance and development, building required competencies, and providing leadership and inspiration to drive diversity and inclusion.
  • Continuously improve DAP project management by defining and implementing new processes, procedures, and solutions, and tracking market trends.
  • Monitor market trends in Project Management, Process Mining, and RPA, and actively participate in defining DAP strategy and setting goals.
Background and Skills
  • Education background in Information Technology, Engineering, or Economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in people and project management.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in process mining and automation, supplemented by experience in project management.
  • Practical knowledge of UiPath, Power Automate, Celonis, SAP, AzureDevOps, and other tools from the area of automation, process mining, and project management.
  • Experience in managing global complex projects in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent English language skills in speech and writing, with very strong communication skills.
