Ford Otosan Craiova – Customs Analyst
Prohuman Craiova is recruiting for our client Ford Otosan Craiova – Customs Analyst.

Roles& responsibilities:
This role is related to the Craiova plant's Foreign Trade process. Customs Analyst ensures information systems (mainly SAP programs) of Customs, Finance & Accounting are fully integrated and run smoothly.

CA is responsible for b/m process:
Support for customs matters and general support of customs,
Customs operations of vehicles and parts
Origin management of goods,
Intra-Stat reporting,

In this regard, have to maintain and develop his/her own expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to their role, and help to empower others with that knowledge to spread it throughout the plant.

On the other hand, the aim of the role is the way to the MP&L vision within the Foreign Trade directorate, it is to ensure adaptation to the efficiency, digitalization, and new generation technologies of the current era, to manage the change process and to develop the new processes needed in international trade activities.

Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited:

• Customs clearance support for production, non-production material including racks, prototype material and prototype vehicle imports.
• Customs clearance support for export of vehicles, engines, parts, components, spare parts, prototype material, prototype vehicles, nonproduction material including racks.
• Customs broker services for import and export clearance as well as transit procedures and postBrexit handling
• Support for special customs procedures (Enduse reporting)
• Tariff classification of vehicles, parts, components and other goods
• Supplier solicitation and origin calculation of vehicles and components
• AEO monitoring reconciliation of Ford Otosan Romania SRL import entries with accounts payable records

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
Minimum 3 years funtional experience in all Foreign Trade process (import-export,spare parts, racks).
In depth knowledge of EU and Customs Union legislation.
High Level of PC related skills, especilally experience in using SAP
Experience in technical flow&database information of foreign trade&logistics systems.
Experience in designing foreign trade processes workflow.
Experience in International Trade process and developments.
English knowledge at intermediate level
