Purchase Order Specialist - ON SITE
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Order (PO) Specialist to join our team.

As a PO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of purchase orders within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for inputting customer frame or POs, or distributing them tocorrect reviewers to review in the system to ensure all information is transferred to latter stages accurately;
Manage the KPI achievement for PO processing in terms of accuracy and efficiency;
Standardize PO input/review procedures and guidelines to accumulate and stabilize the capability;
Help manage the external and internal compliance related to PO;
Help optimize the procedures for PO processing

Qualifications:
Preferably a minimum 1 year working experience.
At least one year experience – contract or order management, B2B customer service, procurement, billing etc
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
