We are seeking a talented graphic designer with extensive experience in the luxury real estate industry to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of full-time experience in graphic design and content creation, with a strong focus on campaign ads for lead generation and brand awareness to continue to get our name more well-known in Bucharest.


Responsibilities:
ideates impactful and shockingly innovative campaign ads with a focus on lead generation for luxury real estate developers.
brand awareness strategies that resonate with our target audience across all marketing channels.
brainstorms and implements creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
creates engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website and print marketing.

video editing skills to produce high-quality video content, with a particular emphasis on showcasing brand, value propositions, technology, clients, offers and more.

affiliate/influencer marketing strategies to expand brand reach and engagement.

works closely with architectural companies to coordinate the creation of renders, videos, and 3D model plans based on final design concepts.

participates in weekly marketing meetings to discuss progress, strategy, and upcoming projects.

maintains a monthly content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials and schedules meetings with the team to see how content can be implemented in campaigns.

follows best design practices and design procedures to create all visuals.
informed about industry trends and market developments to inform marketing strategies.
works with freelancers as needed for planning and editing professional videos.

Requirements:
3-4 years of full-time experience in graphic design and content creation.
expert in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
strong communication skills, worked in a cross-functional team.
high level of proficiency in English, written and spoken.
knowledgeable of Bucharest real estate market and industry trends.
experience working with freelancers and external partners.
out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
