Production Manager

Main tasks:
Higher-level technical and disciplinary management of the master craftsman and group areas of oil distribution and special transformer production
Responsibility for production and service (internal / external)
Coordination of interfaces to maintenance and test field / final acceptance
Reporting line to the production manager
Planning, coordination and monitoring of the master craftsman's areas with regard to the fulfilment of the objectives
Optimization of the use of personnel, materials and machines
Active Lean Management
Cost control and optimisation in the area of responsibility
Collaboration in expansion, conversion and new investment projects
Testing, planning, adjustment of capacitive resources
Ensuring the technical and technological production specifications and the quality requirements
Reporting of production-relevant key figures
Collaboration in the context of product and process development on the basis of optimization potentials

Profile:
Completed technical or university education in a technical field (. Dipl-Ing., technician, master craftsman), preferably in the field of mechanical and plant engineering
Experience in managing a manufacturing unit in an industrial company
Process-oriented and cross-departmental thinking skills with a structured and result-oriented way of working
Strong organizational skills, social skills, direct communication skills
Entrepreneurially thinking and acting leader
Hands-on mentality
Commitment, assertiveness, creativity and reliability
Good knowledge of SAP and standard PC programs
Good knowledge of English
