About the role

As the Senior Learning & Development Manager, we expect you to think outside of the box of traditional HR and to develop an approach that combines the needs of people as well as the bottom line of the business.

We require someone to come in and support us in the next phase of our Talent Management journey. There will be delivery required on some specific items already on the roadmap: Leadership quality enhancement, managing mandatory trainings at Bolt, understanding and supporting business specific learning needs, enhancing the ROI on various Learning investments. In addition to this the individual will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic thinking on all aspects of Talent Management and develop the mid-term roadmap and strategy for Bolt.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

In partnership with the Head of Talent Management to design and drive key aspects of Bolt's Talent Management agenda; together creating and executing on a 6-12 month plan that helps us to attract, develop and retain the right talent.
Working with the Heads of People Partnering develop an understanding of the needs and context our our different business areas in order to design / build / evolve programmes and initiatives that are supporting the organization and are fit for purpose.
Be part of the Talent Management leadership team and partner with the other leaders on executing flagship programs for Bolt.
Leadership quality enhancement: Play a key role in iterating on our current leadership quality priority roadmap and lead the design and delivery of the project plan in place. Specific tasks include: Engaging stakeholders across the business and people team, reviewing current approach + redesigning as required, ensuring upskilling of key groups in preparation of the process, and owning + managing the project plan for execution.
*Strategy, tactics and operations *- Identify, design, implement and deliver L&D & Talent strategies, plans, guidelines and interventions to the organisation. Lead the operational excellence and resource planning within the talent management function working closely with the other leads.
Digital learning - Drive the implementation/transformation to digital learning solutions.

About you:

10+ years of experience in HR, strong core in Learning & Development and Talent Management.
Strong people management skills with the ability to deliver high quality programs through the team.
Experience in a fast paced international environment covering multiple countries. Able to navigate a highly matrixed, distributed global organization.
Project Management experience to drive the rollout of programs; agile, iterative, and pragmatic approach whilst not losing strategic focus.
Passion for and supporting employees to reach their potential through continuous learning and productive job experiences.
Ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders to get a strong buy-in for programs and change management.
