Manager Fleet

Oversee and manage Goodyear EMEA's car fleet and leased office facilities to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and compliant operation.

Develop and execute fleet management strategy for >1600 vehicles and 42 office leases.

Manage fleet procurement budget, identify cost savings opportunities, and monitor supplier performance.

Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, fleet performance, and supplier relationships.

Incorporate eco-friendly vehicles and adopt fleet management technologies to reduce operational costs.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, or related field. 6-8 years experience in Strategic Procurement, category management, and Fleet Administration. Fluency in English. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
