The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the recruitment and selection of seafarers.

  • Maintaining candidate records
  • Co ordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding processQualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the maritime industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English
