Ford Otosan Craiova – Stamping Maintenace Engineer
Prohuman Craiova is recruiting for our client Ford Otosan Craiova – Stamping Maintenance Engineer.

Roles& responsibilities:

  • Performs works of planning, preparation or launching of maintenance works
  • Develops technical documentation relating to machines and equipment in the area of responsibility including: location plans, technical documentation for the purchase, acceptance, commissioning or disposal, requirements / consumption of utilities, materials and spare parts for maintenance / improvement works, permits, etc.
  • Solves maintenance problems, through direct involvement in the activities of diagnosis, maintenance, repair and modernization of equipments.
  • Ensures development, implementation and maintain processes of maintenance, following the continuous improvement of efficiency.
  • Follow up alerts from the maintenance and production teams and acts accordingly, with efficiency.
  • Check / test equipments, materials and parts for maintenance.
  • Ensures that training needs of operators on the use / maintenance, are identified, planned and executed.
  • Communicate effectively with Supervisors and operators who run / maintain the machines and equipments to ensure that they are competent to do this
  • Driving control of parts and materials for maintenance, dangerous materials, scrap and waste.

Requirements:
Technical faculty degree (preferably mechanical or electromechanical)
Experience in maintenance and production
English language knowledge- intermediate level
Computer skills (MS Office package)
Communication skills
Orientation towards obtaining results
