The AEM Cloud Manager engineering team plays a crucial role in enhancing AEM's user experience. As a Software Engineering Manager, your responsibilities include leading all aspects of project engineering objectives, influencing product strategy, engaging in direct customer communication, and assisting in the growth and development of your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated people management and leadership skills with consistent track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
- Experience leading an engineering team on projects with technical deep-dives into code and setting technical direction.
- Experience with coding in one of the following languages: Java, C/C++, Scala, Go, Python or another relevant programming language.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accomplishments in delivering high quality products or services within timelines.
- Extensive experience crafting and implementing services or large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and prioritization skills.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
