Production Planner

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Planning team to define a mid-long-term finished products plan for our factories combining commercial prevision (forecasting), production capacity, and stock level/rotation in order to realize a sustainable production plan in terms of costs and procurement and satisfy our market requests.

Candidate profile:
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in production planning or material planning;
Analytical and numerical skills;
Organized person, with the ability to prioritize work tasks;
Coordination and decision-making abilities;
Good PC Knowledge (solid Microsoft Office skills – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; e-mail);
ERP knowledge is a must (SAP is an important advantage, but not mandatory);
Team player.

Job description:
Constantly check factory capacity, customer sales orders, production schedules, inventory reports;
Update work center capacity to meet capacity requirements;
Receive and confirm customer orders;
Plan and prepare production schedules for all work centers according to production sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders;
Prepare production reports;
Coordinate new product implementation and phase-in / phase-out projects;

Communicate with:

• internal stakeholders: buyer, expediter, the different areas responsible external stakeholders: customers;

Responsible for

KPI:
on-time delivery to the customer, and production attainment.
