 Ta mission :
 En collaboration avec des ingénieurs ou chefs de projets sur des missions nécessitant une bonne compréhension des fonctionnalités du logiciel de gestion, vous devrez :

Analyser les demandes des clients de l`Assurance Maladie et proposer des solutions
Réaliser les paramétrages liés au logiciel de gestion
Assurer les tests fonctionnels, participer à la rédaction des plans de tests et suivre les anomalies
Faire un suivi post-démarrage, notamment par le traitement d’anomalies et des demandes de maintenance via notre outil de ticketing 
Valider la documentation utilisateur et les consignes d’installation standard 

 Compétences nécessaires :

Bonne maîtrise de la langue française - au moins niveau B1, idéalement B2 
Bonnes compétences Excel.

 
Profil recherché:

Etudes supérieures finalisés ou en cours ;
Personne organisée et autonome ;
Bonne capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse ;
Le sens du service client et esprit d’équipe.
