Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field - Min. 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - Very good writing, reading, and speaking English skills - Strong understanding of quality control procedures, methodologies and tools - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Standards ISO, IATF 16949 - Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive core tools such as FMEA, CP, SPC, PPAP, 8D method
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met - Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues identified during the production process
- Provide training and support to production personnel on quality control procedures and techniques
- Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality requirements are met from design through production
- Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Process qualifications and process capability studies according to the specific procedures, including statistic evaluation, evaluation and decision of capability results; - Support of statistical methods (SPC, Preliminary Process Capability Analysis, Process Capability Analysis) - Coordinates all quality related correspondence with the customer's representatives, that includes also customer inquiries and analysis of complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary - Coordinates the FMEA team
