Indoor Sales Specialist with French
Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations according to the defined standards and guidelines;
Follow-up quotations according to the defined standards and guidelines;
Process orders according to the defined standards and guidelines;
Operate the CRM systems and ensure the availability of authentic and updated information;
Follow-up delivery dates and lead times with other departments to make sure that orders are delivered on time and according to the desires of customers;
Handle customer queries, enter and update information into relevant databases / documents;
Take note of suggestions, complaints and overall feedback made by customers and report them to the responsible department.


Our expectations:

Completed, technical or commercial studies or comparable vocational training;
Fluent in French and English languages (written and spoken);
MS Office advanced knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook);
SAP and CRM knowledge is an advantage;
Strong communication skills;
Fact-driven and strong analytical skills, high ambition and high customer orientation.
