We are looking for a motivated and experienced CRM Specialist with experience in ecommerce automations to join our team and help us increase the value of customers visting our platform.
You will be accountable for the conversion, retention, and reactivation of purchasers on a raffle platform. The key for success is to identify the right segmentation, the right channels, and the right messages.

We are looking for a unicorn, who:

is comfortable to create content in English (promotions, emails, sms etc.).
is able to segment customers, test various segmentation strategies and improve the current process.
can make AB testings on various tactics and channels used withing the CRM dept and identify growth opportunities for the business.
get actively involved in the process of adding new engagement tools in the CRM scheme.
is excited to work independently, both to roll up their sleeves and do operational tasks and take a step back and see the big picture.

About you:

proficient in English (spoken & written)
2+ years’ experience in a similar CRM marketing role, within a ecomm environment: email marketing & journey automation.
experience with Emarsys is a great advantage. Understanding of CRM tooling is paramount.
confident with MS Office software, MS Excel, comfortable with data manipulation
good HTML and mass email platform knowledge
data-driven, continuously looking for ways to improve campaigns and processes


What will you be doing exactly?
✅Here is how a regular day would look like:

execute all planned marketing campaigns: this involves watching the analytics, creating and adapting email, SMS and push campaigns for various segments.
work alongside the Head of CRM and CRM team to plan campaigns, ensuring that they are optimized, and all of the content used is consistent, up-to-date and engaging.
work closely with legal, design, copy & marketing to collate all assets required for campaigns.
analysis of campaign results (track all send activity, core campaign stats, etc.) reporting performance to the marketing team.
ensure all email sends are properly segmented & tested prior to send.
create and maintain a detailed list of all automated campaigns, across all relevant channels.
