HR Manager

LedMax Electronics is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and development.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management.
Maintain employee records and HR systems.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Can-do attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
