Content Moderator

Job description
In this dynamic role, you'll do content moderation for our client. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role
As a Content Reviewer on our team, you will:

Review and approve video and online content in file transfers in alignment with client and business guidelines
Efficiently and accurately moderate and audit uploads taking into consideration both the needs of customers and the client policies and procedure
Provide accurate monitoring of content with just one view and at rapid speed
Objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Adhere to quick turnaround times, under 24 hours
Review content, video, image and audio with the main purpose of keeping the website a safe place for users


Your qualifications
Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

Are proficient or bilingual in English
Have a High School diploma, university degree or equivalent
Have work experience preferably in tech and especially in Content Moderation with a focus on human moderation on internet platforms/services
Have the ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented, low error threshold environment
Are open and comfortable to be exposed to sensitive and graphic content daily
Have the ability to evaluate content in line with external and internal moderation policies instead of personal views
Understand social media and internet terms/functions
Have interest and passion for staying on top of current trends in social media content
Have strong observation skills with attention to detail
Have excellent attendance
Are elf-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Have excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a high volume
Have a positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle constructive criticism
