Flight Supervisor–EL AL Israel Airlines

EL AL Israel Airlines are looking for a Flight Supervisor based at Bucharest Airport (OTP) to join their small, friendly, and dedicated team.
The purpose of the role is to supervise all ground handling and passenger service operations rendered to EL AL by the airport and handling agents in accordance with Company and Ground Operations procedures and policies. Previous aviation knowledge and experience is an advantage; however, this role is ideal for a candidate who is flexible and professional and desires a career in ground operations. Positive customer service-oriented approach and great ability to resolve problems are mandatory to succeed in this diverse and exciting role.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Ensure the highest standard of passenger service level is kept at all times.
• Resolve complex issues promptly and professionally.
• Handling incapacitated and reduced mobility passengers with exceptional sensitivity.
OPERATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
• Ensure full cooperation with Operational Control Centre,
• Verify and countersign all load sheets before presenting to the captain.
• Supply handling agent with all necessary instructions/ information to guarantee proper handling of ELAL flights according company procedures.
RAMP ACTIVITIES
• Ensure full acquaintance with loading procedures for all aircraft including cargo.
• Aircraft weight and balance license an advantage.
• Ensure sufficient staff availability and performance standards of interior aircraft cleaners.
• Administrative and ad-hoc duties are also included.
